Board of WF Management

Shareholder Heiko Ohlscher will leave the Board of Management and the operational activities of WF Maschinenbau for personal reasons with effect from 31 December 2020. He will, however, remain at the Company’s disposal in an advisory capacity. The shareholders and the Board of Management of WF wish to thank Herr Ohlscher: For his ever active commitment on behalf of the Company. And for his good and successful cooperation. Herr Ohlscher has been with WF for forty years and has been a member of the Board of Management since 2016. Heiko Ohlscher’s successor on the Board of Management will be Christian Malkemper. Malkemper has who has twenty-two years of service with the Company and possesses, as the current head of the R&D department, profound knowledge of the technologies of metal spinning and flow forming and of the relevant markets.
