We build metal spinning machines for flow formed wheels – steel and aluminum wheels, special rims, wheel rims, wheel-discs, pulleys & torsional vibration dampers, flow-formed components, sealing-ring slots, gas cylinders, airbag cartridges, precision steel tubes, lightweight gearing components, edge-flanged components, such as starter ring gears and starter discs, gear parts and parts with hubs ecc. Furthermore, special machines for edge processing and preturning rounds or universal machines such as our all-purpose machine VUD for combining several processes of chipless metal forming.

Be it in the automotive industry, in drive technology, in aerospace or in the production of gas tanks – a large number of branches today are certainly in need of the chipless forming of metal parts. In a world which is continuously and quickly developing, at the same time the need for quality, sustainability and durability is growing. Two leading specialists in chipless metal forming have signed a joint venture agreement: the European company WF Maschinenbau and its U.S. joint venture partner MJC Engineering. The joint venture partners specialize in custom built and standard machines for automotive, aerospace, defense, and energy applications. The partners sell and service their machines worldwide and both have many decades of experience in their respective business.

The previous Managing Director and CTO Christian Malkemper took over the sole management of the company as of 01.08.2023.

Customer satisfaction

A customer is satisfied when we meet his expectations. With great pride we can look at a long list of satisfied customers. The first to be mentioned is a customer from Germany to whom we built 4 machines annually in average and who can meanwhile call more than 100 WF machines – made in Germany – his own. Another is the Canadian customer who currently already has produced more than 25,000,000 starter ring gears on his 15 WF machines. And with other customers we mutually celebrate the 30th anniversary as regular customers. These and many more success stories prove the satisfaction of our customers.
